Orders over $35 ship free in the US. Smaller orders ship for a flat $4.95.
Most orders arrive in about 2 weeks. That is an average, and some orders take longer. Items ship from our suppliers' warehouses, most of them outside the US, so one order can arrive in separate packages.
Returns
You can request a return within 7 days after delivery. If your order comes in several packages, the 7 days start when the last one arrives. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. You pay the return postage, and approved returns go back to our supplier's warehouse, which may be outside the US.
If an item arrives damaged or wrong, or doesn't match this page, send us a photo and we'll replace or refund it. You won't need to send it back.

Pay with a debit or credit card, or with PayPal. Checkout goes through PayPal, and you don't need a PayPal account: choose Pay with Debit or Credit Card on the PayPal screen, then switch off account creation and select Continue as Guest. Your card details stay with PayPal and are not shared with us.
